Free Tickets to St. Patrick’s Day Concert

Born in Belfast, Shaun Davey is one of Ireland’s leading composers. His film/TV credits include ‘Ballykissangel’ ‘The Hanging Gale’, ‘The Tailor of Panama’, ‘Waking Ned’, ‘Twelfth Night’ and ‘David Copperfield’. His orchestral works include ‘The Brendan Voyage’ ‘The Pilgrim’, ‘Granuaile’, and ‘The Relief of Derry Symphony’. In 2003 he composed the music for the Dublin Special Olympics, performed in Croke Park Stadium before a live audience of 80,000.

This BBC Invitation Concert features many of Shaun Daveys big “tunes and anthems” performed by the orchestra, combined choirs and a host of international soloists.
