Standard Competition Terms & Conditions

1. All Free Tickets competitions and prize draws are free to enter. Prize draws are open to UK residents aged 16 or over who have subscribed to the Free Tickets Newsletter, excluding employees of Shop Direct 247 Limited or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted. Only one entry per person is allowed. E-mail addresses used must be valid - checks will be made and winners notified using this e-mail address.
2. No purchase is necessary for entry, you may be asked to answer a question/s correctly to qualify for entry into the draw. The winner/s will be selected at random from all eligible entries received on the next working day following the closing date for entries. The winner/s will be notified by e-mail and prizes delivered as soon as possible following the date of the draw. If the winner is unable to be contacted after a reasonable period or any prize is declined, a supplementary winner may be drawn at the discretion of the organisers or the Directors of Shop Direct 247 Limited. We will not be responsible for any inability of the prize winner/s to take up the specified prize. No cash alternative is available.
3. Unless otherwise stated, where the prize requires attendance at a specific venue, the winner and any permitted companions will be solely responsible for travel to and from the venue and for all other expenses, unless otherwise stated. In such cases Shop Direct 247 Limited will not be liable for any change of date or venue or cancellation of the event.
4. The winner/s may be required to participate in publicity connected with this promotion.
5. The names of the major winner/s may be obtained by sending an e-mail to ‘mail @ freetickets.org.uk’, detailing your request and including the name of the applicable draw.
6. The Free Tickets website and Shop Direct 247 Limited reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of similar value should the specified prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. The prize is not transferable.
7. The Free Tickets website and Shop Direct 247 Limited accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries, notices, acceptances, or other documents related to the prize.
8. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This promotion is governed by English Law. The promoter is Shop Direct 247 Limited, 10 Grange Road, Wirral, Merseyside.
9. The organisers are not responsible for any loss or delays of the tickets once posted. All reasonable care is taken to ensure safe delivery.
